The time of completion for commissions may vary (from weeks to months) depending on the scale or the waitlist. If you have a project that needs to be completed by a deadline or you want to skip ahead in the que, you may rush order your commission for an additional fee.

I require active communication to best complete your commission. Please respond to my dms on whichever platform we are discussing within 72 hours. Failure to do so will put a pause on your commission, and I will work on it after the next commission in the que is finished.

Please provide clear un-shaded references of your character(s) when commissioning me.

I do not allow the editing of my art in any way. I will edit my art for you for a fee that depends on the scale of the edit.

I maintain all artistic copyrights to post and use my artwork unless otherwise discussed.

Credits to my account @Selxiie or a link to one of my socials is required if reposting my work.

Using my artwork for( or minting my artwork as) NFT or AI generation or learning is strictly prohibited.

Payment will be sent in full before the commission starts.

No refunds will be issued for an art piece if the drawing process has already started unless I am personally unable to complete your request. Please feel free to bump your commission and ask for progress as you see fit.

I reserve the right to decline any commission that I feel uncomfortable with or that I don't feel is within my range of ability.

Any edits are allowed to be requested during the thumbnailing and sketching phases. All edits made after line art has started will be subjected to a +25~75% commission editing fee depending on the scale of the change.

All of my designs may be resold for however you spent to obtain them + the additional value of any paid commission art + the value of any personal artwork for your own commission prices within realistic and provable price ranges. This means the value of an illustration that you do to add to the value of a character must match a commission that you have sold to another party.

Co-ownership of my designs are allowed.

All of my art and designs are for personal use only. it may not be used for any commercial purposes without my consent.

Commercial usage of my art must be discussed before the commission is started.

I will not do commercial commissions for a percentage of profits.

commercial commissions will be an additional 100% of the commission cost for commercial use or an additional 200% if my artwork is meant to be used as merchandise.
